Keyano College is announcing the line-up for its annual gala this fall.
Drawing inspiration from Canada’s natural wonders, the Gala will feature live performances by The TransCanada Highwaymen and the award-winning Celtic rock group, Derina Harvey Band.
“The continuous support for the Keyano Gala stands as a testament to the community’s belief in higher education as a pillar of growth,” said Chantal Beaver, Associate Vice President for Public Engagement at Keyano College.
“This year’s Gala will also shine a special spotlight on the students we serve.”
The black-tie event will be held on November 2nd at the Syncrude Sport and Wellness Centre. Tickets will go on sale in August, and all proceeds from the event will go to support the college.
“Strong local education helps build the community,” said Beaver.
“Keyano College gives young people in our region a reason to stay, helps keep families closer, and attracts bright minds from all over the world to put down roots here.”
Tickets for the event will go on sale to the public in August, but event sponsors can book tables in advance by contacting Keyano.
