Hospitalizations due to COVID-19 have decreased across the province over the past four days.

As of November 7th, there are a total of 608 people in the hospital due to the virus with 135 in the intensive care unit.

There are 6,387 active cases in Alberta with 135 in Fort McMurray, and 14 in rural areas.

To date, there have been 3,155 deaths due to COVID-19, 18 of which have been in Fort McMurray and 2 in the rural areas.

So far, 81.2 per cent of eligible Albertans over the age of 12 have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
