Hospitalizations due to COVID-19 continue have declined across the province.

As of yesterday, there was a total of 1083 people in the hospital due to the virus.

ICU numbers have decreased to 263.

There are 20,255 active cases in Alberta, with 306 in Fort McMurray, and 29 in rural areas.

The 7 day rolling average positivity rate across the province is 11 per cent, meanwhile in the North Zone it is 20.9 per cent.

To date, there has been 2,717 deaths due to COVID-19, 18 of which have been in Fort McMurray and 2 (+1) in the rural areas.
