Grades 4 to 6 at St. Anne are temporarily returning to virtual learning.
All students have been deemed close contacts of a positive case and must self-isolate until May 4.
Those who were absent from school on April 20 won’t be required to isolate but will learn virtually with the rest of the students.
The Fort McMurray Catholic School District has decided to hold online classes for these grades from April 26 to May 7.
The first day back is slated for May 10.
These students join those in grades 7 to 12 at all high schools and those in grades 4 to 6 at St. Gabriel who learning from home until the end of the month.
Those in the early learning program and up to grade 3 at St. Anne will continue to go to classes at school.
