Mike Brodeur Rejoining MOB Organization

The Fort McMurray Oil Barons are bringing back a former coach.

On Wednesday, the organization announced Mike Brodeur is rejoining the team as an assistant and goalie coach.

The former NHLer was first a part of the MOB as a video and goalie coach in 2014 and spent three seasons with the team.

This announcement comes days after Head Coach Dave Dupas is leaving the team for family reasons after being named the bench boss back in May.

Bob Beatty will now assume the Head Coach position.

All these changes come before the Oil Barons begin main camp on Thursday, August 22 at the Casman Centre.
