A woman in Wales was left baffled when she returned home to find a stranger had broken in, tidied up, and even cooked himself a meal. Damian Wojnilowicz, 36, admitted to entering her house while she was at work on July 16. When she got back, she noticed several things out of place, but some chores had been done, like her laundry being hung and the floors cleaned. He even left a note saying, “Don’t worry, be happy.” The woman also discovered he had helped himself to her food and wine. 

Wojnilowicz was later caught for another break-in, where he washed his clothes and ate more food. On October 3, he pleaded guilty to two counts of burglary and was sentenced to 22 months in prison.
