How many times do you say I could’ve I should’ve. I wish I did?

I have recently lost someone that meant a lot to me

My auntie. She was very vocal in her worry about me. Very protective, loving and funniest people I know other than my dad. I lost my dad almost 5 years ago, but I lost Auntie  very recent. 

Garth Brooks said it best in “The river” – Too many times we stand aside And let the waters slip away ‘Til what we put off ’til tomorrow Has now become today”

I have put off and put off and put off going to see her thinking there’s always tomorrow, there’s always next week. Now I can’t see her again. That’s true regret.

I wish I could hug her one more time. I wish I could say I love you one more time.

Never hesitate or put off telling people you care about that you love them.
