The couple, who chose to remain anonymous, bought a $5 lottery ticket in Spartanburg. Initially, the wife thought the ticket was a loser and threw it away. However, her husband noticed it in the trash and pointed out a matching number. Upon further inspection, they discovered they had won the $200,000 jackpot.
