We have a release date for the first open world game set in the Star Wars universe, arriving on everything August 30th. Already totally pumped to play as Kay Vess and see everything that her little alien doggo Nix can do. And while we do see some sandy locales, I’m glad to see a variety of locations to explore. I know Star Wars is inspired in large part by the Dune novels, but I still can’t figure out why they just keep going to desert planets in the movies all the time. Anyways, this looks like it has all the blaster-firing and spaceship-rocketing action you could want.

And in the starring role is extremely talented Humberly Gonzalez, originally from Venezuela, who spent many years going to school and falling in love with performing right here in Fort McMurray. Previously she appeared in the game Far Cry 6 as the character Mercedes “Jonrón” Martín (as well as providing the singing-along-to-the-radio voice for the main character Dani). We wish her and the entire Outlaws team a great launch later this summer. In the mean time you can catch Humberly on the big screen next on May 3rd in the horror movie “Tarot“.
