Alberta Premier, Danielle Smith, has been ranked in fifth place in the Angus Reid Institute’s “Premier Performance.”
The premiers are ranked based on popularity in their province.
Premier Smith saw no change in her ranking and currently sits with a 47 per cent approval.
Premier of Manitoba, Wab Kinew, is leading the pack with a 57 per cent approval rating.
He was sworn in as Manitoba’s premier on Oct. 18, 2023.
Kinew is three points ahead of Saskatchewan Premier, Scott Moe, who saw a four-point increase and currently sits at 54 per cent.
Since September, Quebec Premier, François Legault, has seen a 16-point decrease, leading to him losing his sixth-place spot.
Legault currently sits in last place with a 31 per cent approval rating.
