Wood Buffalo RCMP say they have continued to recover stolen property in recent months.

65 bicycles and numerous construction tools and equipment have been recovered and most of the property is believed to have been stolen.

Some property has been reunited to the rightful owners but not all of the property was.

25 of the recovered bicycles have been donated by RCMP to the Fort McMurray SPCA for the annual bike auction.

Police are reminding citizens there is no minimum value for an item to be reported as stolen.

They advise residents to document serial numbers or place personal identifying marks and numbers to help RCMP return the property to the owner.
