The Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo (RMWB) along with Emergency Services and members of the public gathered at Fire Hall 5 yesterday.

Together they shared a time of reflection and remembrance of Firefighters and Emergency workers who lost their lives in the line of duty.

The Fallen Firefighter Memorial Service is held every year on September 11, which also marks the anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks in the US.

In a post to social media, the Municipality shared photos of the service and extended their thanks to everyone who attended the vigil.
