The Fort McMurray Chamber of Commerce is opening nominations for its board of directors.
The Chamber is inviting interested individuals who possess relevant expertise and share their values to run for election at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
The Chamber says its strategic direction, policies, and programs are determined by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by the membership. Each elected Director serves a two-year term, sits on at least one committee or task force, and works as an active participant of Chamber events.
Nominations for Directors are open until 5:00 PM on May 26th.
Interested parties can submit their nomination through the Chamber of Commerce Website.
The election of directors will occur at the June 22nd AGM where Kendall Dilling, President of Pathways Alliance, will serve as the Keynote Speaker.
