If you own a property in the RMWB, you should have received your 2022 Property Assessment Notice.

The RMWB notes in a press release that on Feb. 3, over 31,000 notices were mailed out to residents.

The 2022 property assessment values are based on the July 2021 market valuations and physical conditions on Dec. 31, 2021.

The RWMB is encouraging you to review your assessment, and if you have any concerns or questions, to contact an assessor directly through Pulse (780-743-7000 or 1-800-973-9663) or online.

You have until Apr. 12, 2022, to file your complaint.

The values are used to calculate your property tax once the tax rates are established in the 2022 Property Tax Rate Bylaw.
