Hospitalizations due to COVID-19 continue to decrease across the province.

As of yesterday, there was a total of 765 (-76) people in the hospital due to the virus.

ICU numbers have decreased to 157 (-23).

There are 7,580 (-807) active cases in Alberta with 190 (-33) in Fort McMurray, and 25 (–) in rural areas.

The 7 day rolling average positivity rate across the province is 5.4 per cent, meanwhile in the North Zone it is 12.3 per cent.

To date, there has been 3,111 (+26) deaths due to COVID-19, 18 of which have been in Fort McMurray and 2 in the rural areas.
