Wood Buffalo RCMP are investigating International Travel Services about a potential scam made by its owner.

Several individuals have taken to social media to voice their frustrations with the travel agency after paying for trips before finding out they were never booked.

Multiple residents claim they’ve lost thousands of dollars through the Travel Agency.

In an email sent to Mix News, the Mounties note they are looking into the business, however, no charges have been laid at this time.

They’re encouraging anyone who may be impacted to reach out to them and file a police report.

Mix News has reached out to International Travel Services and its owner Ujeer Ahmed several times, but they couldn’t be reached for comment.
